DISAGREEMENT WITH MONETARY EXPERIMENTS j (Received August 17, 1.10 a.m.) WASHINGTON, August 16. Mr Roosevelt has accepted the resignation of Mr Eugene Black, Governor of the Federal Reserve Board, who will return to his former office of Governor of the Federal Reserve Regional Bank, Atlanta. It is understood that Mr Black has long been opposed to the majority of Mr Roosevelt's monetary experiments and has wished to resign. ============ |
