Dominion, provincial, and municipal police are taking part in a 'gigantic search for John Labatt, the ! millionaire brewer who vanished ji'rom his automobile, which bore a I note directing that 150,000 dollars' j ransom be paid in Toronto when i directed. A note from Labatt to his I family appealed that the orders be obeyed, but his brother, who is ready with the money, has received no instructions from {he kidnappers.
