SPREYDON SCHOOL PAST PUPILS
The executive committee of the Spreydon School past pupils' association held a meeting in the Spreydon School, Mr A. T. Smith presiding over a good attendance. Motions of sympathy w<*t'p passed with Mesdames A. Rows' on, H. C. Edwards, and J. W. Marsliull, Messrs T Bucknell, R. A. Gott, H. E. Gott, and the family of Mr F. Kumrn, in their recent bereavements. Miss May Petrie was unanimously elected secretary. It was decided to hold a reunion early in November next, and Messrs G. L. Comer and H. E. Gott were appointed a sub-committee to make enquiries 'regarding the "nail and dates and report at a meeting to be held in a months' time. Mr T. A. Coulter, chairman of the school committee, reported that his committee contemplated holding a children's fete in aid of the school funds /n the near future, and it was agreed 1 that the association should assist tho committee in any way possible. It was also decided to hold monthly meetings of the executive committee until after the reunion.
