JAPAN NOT READY FOR WAR
o HANDS FULL IN MANCIII KUO SHANGHAI, June 21. In spite of the warlike preparations in Siberia there is at present no cause for war between the Soviet and Japan, according to a statement issued at Darien by General Hishikiri, commander of the Japanese Kwangtung Army. He adds that Japan has her hands fully occupied in Manchukuo and has not time to think of military affairs elsewhere.
