REMANDED
:♦ (PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) NELSON. May 26. In the Magistrate's Court, Stanley Harold Perigo, aged 20, was charged with obtaining credit by fraud by incurring a debt amounting to £1 19s, with Alice Lunn, for board and lodgings. A remand until Wednesday was granted to allow the police to make further investigations. The name of "Colonel Baron St. De Perigo," by which name defendant was previously known, was amended in the charge to Stanley Harold Perigo.
