MOVE TO STOP KISE DIE TO IMPORT EMBARGO
(Received April 23, 5.5 p.m.) BERLIN, April 22. Decrees have been issued to prevent a rise in prices, because of the restriction of imports of raw materials into Germany. It is now illegal to grant or promise higher prices in textile raw material markets than those reached between March 1 and March 21, unless prices rise in foreign markets. '/Similar regulations apply to skins, is punishable by fines •»$i imprisonment.
