IDLE AND DISORDERLY Gertrude McKenna, alias Scott, of Hereford street, a domestic, aged 46 i Mr D U\ luisselh. pleaded not guilty to a charge of being idle and _ disorderly. in that she had insufficient lawful means of support. She was sentenced to three months' imprisonment with hard labour. On charges of being idle and disorderly, in that they had insufficient lawful visible means of support, Lillie Bell and June Perry, domestics, each aged 20. of Montreal street, were convicted and ordered to come up for sentence if called on within _ 12 months, provided they remain during that time in the Mount Magdala institution. Radford was convicted and ordered to pay cost?. ; For parking over the time limit . James Simpson was fined 10s and > costs. For driving motor-vehicles without , licenses Lily Smith was fined 5s J and costs, and George Worley 10s and! costs. MAINTENANCE CASES For disobedience of a maintenance order, William Exton was sentenced to three months' imprisonment with hard labour, the warrant to be suspended provided arrears are paid off at the rate of 12s 6d a week, in addition to current maintenance.
