MALE VOICE CHOIR
The first concert o/ tl\e season of the Male Voice Choir, on May 5, promises to be a most: attractive one. The programme will consist entirely of the works of the late Sir Edward Elgar, in commemoration of the great English composer, whose death occurred recently. As usual, the Cathedral choristers will assist, and the assisting artist will be Mrs Ross Brodie, of Rangitata. The Choral Hall is being renovated for this concert and a number of the seats are being much improved. Those wishing to become subscribers should make early application.
