Squadron Loader J. L. Findlay, officer commanding at "Wigram Aerodrome, flew to Dunedin yesterday in the Air Force Puss Moth on departmental business. He is expected to return about midday to-day. A total of 48 passengers were cartied for short flights bv two of trie Canterbury Aero Club's machines Which visited the Hinds sports on ■aturday. A paddock near the sports *oud4 was used as a landing ground.
