JAPAN IN THE AIR
* WEAKNESS DESCRIBED BY LONDON PAPER (neecived March 25, 7.45 p.m.) LONDON, March 24. The "Star" says that it is Japan's weakness in the air which has recently caused the less belligerent tone "in her diplomacy. This is not due to a lack of material or courage, but tu the fact that Japanese airmen are almost invariably attacked with vertigo when attempting to reach higher altitudes because they arc almost total vegetarians.
