A BOMB FACTORY FOUND

♦ TWO BROTHERS ARRESTED IN SPAIN (Received March 25, 11.40 p.m.) MARID, March 24. The police at Barcelona have discovered a bomb factory, which is supposed to be the source of the explosives used in the recent widespread sabotage, in the house of the brothers Manuel and Angel Soto. Both have been arrested. A number of bombs and revolvers and a quantity of ammunition, inflammable liquids, and dynamite have also been seized.
