—_♦— | RAIDS ON SOCIALISTS COMPLAINTS AGAINST GERMANY j (Received February 9, 9.20 p.m.) ; VIENNA, February 9. Austrian Ministers abroad have handed copies of the dossier of Austria's complaints against Germany to the British, French, and Italian Governments. Heimwehr auxiliary troops raided the offices of the Socialist newspaper "Arbeiter Zeitung," and confiscated documents. The police raided socialist headquarters and seized machineguns and thousands of bombs.
