A Scottish girl aged 13 has stood on the top of six mountains more than 3000 ft in seven hours. This does not mean that she went up and down 18,000 ft in seven hours. Her boast is a proud one; but not impossible, for the mountains were all in a row in the Cairngorm ridge of the Grampians, and the full height had only to be climbed once. The girl's father took a photograph of her on Glos Maol, the highest of the six peaks; she took her father on Cairn na Gladra; and then on Tolmount she raced a herd of deer and caught 18 of them in her camera.
