GERMANY'S MONEY TROUBLES.
CREDITORS RECOMMEND CONCESSIONS-
LONDON, July 12.
Representatives of German public debtors and foreign bank creditors met again to-day. The latter have now agreed to recommend the granting to Germany of concessions involving a reduction in the rates of interest, and the postponement of capital repayments in foreign exchange.
