DISARMAMENT.
MR ARTHUR HENDERSON'S NEGOTIATIONS. (yRITISU OFFICUL WIRELESS. J (Received July 11, 7.10 p.m.) RUGBY, July 10. Mr Arthur Henderson, president of the Disarmament Conference, left London for Paris to-day to open direct the negotiations which he was empowered by the General Commission of the conference to pursue with the various governments. During his stay in London Mr Henderson had'preliminary conversations with representatives of the British Government, in their capacity as authors of the draft convention now before the conference.
