REACTIONARIES ARRESTED IN JAPAN.

TERRORIST PLOT PLANNED. (Received July 11, 11.50 p.m.) TOKYO, July 11. The police have arrested more than 50 reactionaries, affiliated to the Black Dragon Society, who are believed to have been planning a terrorist plot, including the assassination of the Premier, Viscount Saito, General Araki. Baron Yamamoto, Count Makino, Baron Wakatsuki, and Doctor Suzuki. Official residences are heavily guarded.
