Charged with being intoxicated in charge of a car, and with driving negligently without a license, John William Murtagh was to-day convicted on all charges in the Inglewood court, and fined £3O on the first two charges. He was also prohibited from taking out a license for two years. The police said the charges arose out of an accident on March 3, and it had taken two months to trace the driver.
