BANK CLERK ARRESTED.
CIIARGE OF ATTEMPTED THEFT. i'PKESS ASSOCIATION TELEGEAH: J AUCKLAND, July 11. Arrested in Gisborne on Saturday, Jack Eric Robinson, aged 22, a bank clerk, and Kathleen Marjorie Robinson, aged 21, were remanded on a charge that, on October 4 last, they attempted to steal £728, the property of the Auckland Savings Bank. The male accused was refused bail.
