REMAND GRANTED.
ALLEGED THEFT OF £Bl3 IN SILVER. (PRESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) WANGANUI, June 13. John Ralph Penny, aged 31 years, a taxi-driver, of Auckland, appeared before the Court this morning charged with the theft of £Bl3 in silver on June K the property of William Toomey, of Auckland. He was remanded for eight days.
