CHARGE AGAINST CHIROPRACTOR. (PftB.HS JSSOCIATIO.V TZLEORAU ' NAPIER, May 22. "People can be made to believe that they are getting better, and this helps them to get better," said Mr Justice Ostler in the Supreme Court this morning in his charge to the Grand Jury when referring to a charge of manslaughter against a chiropractor, John Robert Victor Hart. "It may be that this is the cause of the success of chiropractic," he said. "I should be very surprised to hear that by making adjustments on the spinal column any chiropractor can effect a cure of such diseases as typhoid and pneumonia." A true bill was returned.
