APPLICATION FOR PROBATE OPPOSED. IPHESS ASSOCIATION TELBOP.AU.) WELLINGTON, May 22. The granting of probate of the will and codicils of George Glover, formerly of Wellington, was opposed before the Chief Justice (the Ht. Hon. I Sir Michael Myers), in the Supreme Court by Grace Adeline Dunn, widow, and Jane Helen Cowles, married woman on the ground that the testator lacked testamentary capacity, ana that he was subjected to undue influence. The testator left surviving him nine childi en; three daughters and six sons, US^ ers ™ being Mrs Galbraith 'applicant), Mrs Dunn, and Mrs hj, • Respondents). The testator d ed in Wellington on July 26. 1932. Ihe records showed that in his lifetime he made a number of different wills.
