BIG SUM INVOLVED IN FRENCH CASE. (Received April 11, 9.30 p.m.) PARIS, April 11. M. Francois Marsal, a former Premier and the Minister for Finance, is charged with abuse of confidence and breach of company law in transactions involving £280,000 during the operations of a syndicate to support the shares of the West African Company.
