LIBEL ACTION SUCCEEDS, (OKTTKD PRKSB ASBOCIVHOHr-BT EUSCTaiO TEI.EOBAPH—COPSBIGHT.) (Received February 23, 7 p.m.) DUBLIN, February 22. Mr Tom Casement was awarded £SOO damages in his action for libel against the "Daily Express." A request to stay execution of the judgment pending an appeal was refused. . [Mr Tom Casement is a brother of Sir Roger Caseme'nt, who was shot during the Great Way for treason. Ho based his action for libel against the "Daily Express" on a story which, ho contended, imputed that ho was dissolute and incapable of managing his own affairs.]
