Higgins, of the Salvation Army, has refused his official approval of the life of General Bramwell Booth (son of the founder of the Army), written by his daughter, Commissioner Catherine Booth. It is to be published in May. Though it will not bo on sale in Salvation Army bookshops, Salvationists are not actually forbidden to read the book. General Higgins disapproves of the reference to tho passage of the Salvation Army Bill through Parliament. 1 ■' ■ - - %
