NEWSPAPER SUED FOR LIBEL.
BROTHER OF SIR ROGER CASEMENT.(OHiTtD press association— by electric TBLBOB4PK—COPTRIOBT.) (Received February 22, 10.10 p.m.) LONDON, February 22. Mr Tom Casement, a brother of Sir Eoger Casement, is suing the "Daily Express" for libel, allegedly contained in a story which Mr Casemont contends imputed that he was dissolute and incapa,ble of managing his own affairs. Counsel said that Mr Casement was shipwrecked in New Zealand, fought in the Boer "VVar, and again in the Great War until he learned that his brother executed, wheti he refused to serve any further.
