An architect lately stood looking up at the spiro of Norwich Cathedral, just as thousands of people have gazed at it in the last 4CO years. But he saw something no one. else had seen. four pinnacles at the corners of the tower were not symmetrically placed with regard to the diagonals of the tower. The architect, Mr C. H.
