~ What has ENE SPITZ to say about his new venture ? WOULD like to acquaint our clients through this I newspaper with the facts that induced me to transfer our establishment to our present remises* Since the inception of our business, some wenty-si*x years ago, I have always realised that to uccessfully sell fashion goods to clients, one of the most important factors is the suitability of the premises, d irom time to time I have endeavoured to improve rtjs particular point. The last premises which we !«cupied, in Colombo Street, were an improvement on the previous premises, but as it is almost impossible to have a good natural light on the ground floor, this Las always a great handicap to our business, so when I had the opportunity to secure these new premises I excellent natural light which is so essential to enable clients to buy their dresses, costumes, etc. Another big feature of these new premises is that they are so much more spacious and commodious than the previous position. Here we are showing our goods in the most up-to-date window space; the stairway immediately from the street by the show window leads to our showroom, and is very easy of access. There is a further factor which me in this move; we shall be able not only to continue to jiive our clients the same good service and sell the high-class goods as in the past, but also our prices be considerably lower than formerly, a point so essential during this economic depression. I extend to all ladies a cordial invitation to pay us an early visit at our new address, and I feel sure mat all will feel amply repaid. Yours faithfully, EUGENE SPITZ EUGENE SPITZ 8 CO.
