At his residence, York House, the Princo of Wales to-day received a party of Argentine students who are now visiting Britain. A speech of welcome was delivered by the Prince in Spanish. Afterwards his Highness conversed with several members of the party, the leader of which presented him with a. shield of the club of tjie University of Buenos Aires. [_On January 20th last a British Official Wireless message from llugby reported that the Prince of Wales announced the institution of Prince of Wales scholarships to enable Argentine ■students to study at Oxford University. Arrangements would bo made to provide for two students from the Buenos Aires University to attend Oxford University for two years, and receive the same treatment and welcome given to Rhodes scholars from the British Dominions.]
