LINCOLN COLLEGE.
BOARD OF GOVERNORS MEETS. Tho Board of Governors of Canterbury Agricultural College, Lincoln, met yesterday, when Professor H. G. Denham presided. Also present were Messrs E. J. Howard, M.P., W. 6. Rennie, W. A. Banks, H. A. Knight, J Deans, and N. M. Orbell, and Professor It. E. Alexander, director of the college. A donation of £5 5s towards veterinary research work at the college was received from the Ellesmere Agricultural and Pastoral Association. Leave of absence to attend a conference of 'veterinarians at Melbourne in August was given Mr A. Leslie,' the head of the veterinary research work of the college. It was reported that the Blcdisloo Medal, awarded to Mr J. M. Ranstead, of Matangi, will be presented to him at the opening of the Waikato Show in Hamilton, to be held at the end of this month.
