PAPAL ANNIVERSARY.
CEREMONY AT ST. PETER'S. (VKITJED FUKSS ASSOCIATION —By ELECTRIC TELEGItiPH —OOPYRiaHT.) ROME, February 12. On the anniversary of the Coronation of Pope Pius XI., erowds thronged St. Peter's. Bilver bugles heralded the appearance of the Pontiff, seated on a chair, borne on the shoulders of eight attendants, followed by two negroes waving ostrich feather fans. All the Cardinalß now in Home, the archbishops, bishops, military, civil, and ecclesiastical; dignitaries, glitteringly arrayed, participated in the procession. The Pope ascended the Throne and Mass wag celebrated.
