——* ALLEGED BREACH OF AVAR REGULATIONS. (PRESS* dSSOfHTIO * TXLIGBAU.I WELLINGTON. December 22. The issue of the "Red Worker."' a paper closely associated with the Communist raovenißnt in Wellington, on September 14th, resulted in the appearance of the proprietor and publisher. J. J. Robinson, in the Magistrate's Court to-day. He was charged with printing and publishing a paper expressing a seditious intention, contrary to the War Regulations. Robinson elected to be tried at the Supreme Court, but it was ascertained that there was no provision for such an option in the Act under which he was charged. The Magistrate (Mr McNeil) adjourned the case till January 18th and admitted Robinson to bail in the sum of £25,
