Appointments by railways board. (FKSS« ASSOCIITJO* MLBORUC.) ' s ' WELLINGTON, December 12. It was announced to*day by the General Manager of Railways, Mr P. G. Boussell, that the Railways Board lias made the following service appointments: —' Mr J. 0. Schneider, at present acting district traffic manager at Wellington, to be traffic superintendent, the title of traffic superintendent replacing that of general superintendent of transportation. Mr A.- Urquhart, 'at present staff assistant, head office, to be staff superintendent, head office. Mr F. W. Aickin, assistant law offi: cer, head office, to be law officer. Mr G. T. Wilson, at present acting district traffic manager at Wanganui, to be district traffic m'anager at Auckland. Mr W. Schierning, at present acting goods agent at Wellington, to be district traffic manager at Wellington. Mr B. S. Brittenden, at present acting district traffic manager at Christchurch, to be district traffic manager at Christchurch. Mr H .L.
