A NEW LINER.
PROGRESS ON GIANT CUNARUEfR. (BRITISH OFFICIAL WIKELBSS.) (Received August 14tli, 5.5 p.m.) RUGBY, August 13. Excellent progresa has been made with the construction of the .giant new Cunarder in the Clyde yards. Tt is new anticipated that the liner, which is expected to be the fastest afloat, with .a speed of over 30 knots, will be launched in February.
