It is announced, that tho persistent efforts of research workers at tho I/ondon Cancer Hospital have resulted in tho discovery of a pure substance of known structure that produces cancer in a largo and constant proportion of cases. This is considered as an advance of tho first magnitude towards a knowledge of the combination of factors that mako the incidence of cancer possible.
