ANNUAL CONFERENCE. (PRESS ASSOCIATION -rCUKHUM.i WELLINGTON, June 24. The E.S.A. conference carried the following remits:— "That in necessitous cased of returned soldier mortgagors under the State Advances Department, the mortgagor have the right to obtain a readjustment of the terms of the mortgage on proper application." "That while not expressing any dissatisfaction with the existing land Boards, representations be made.'to the Government to enable the Returned Soldiers' Association to have, representation on the Boards." .. ■! "That the Government be urged to introduce legislation providing for the revaluation of house propertiessecured to the Crown under the Disabled (Soldiers' Act or the State Advances Department."
