POULTRY SHOW.

CATS AND RABBITS JUDGED. A FINE DISPLAY. The annual sliow of the Christchurch Poultry, Pigeon, Canary, and Cat Club concluded on Saturday, wJien there were a large number of interested visitors. An additional attraction was provided by the cat and rabbit classes, which were judged in the course of tho morning. The quality of the exhibits in these Classes was generally very good, and the entries were about equal with last year's. Among the cats it was notable that there were a large number ot successful younger animals, while the championship cat, a chinchilla male, had an easy win. Tho kittens were 111 very good condition. The Angora rabbits had coats very good texture, and were also or high quality from a commercial standpoint. The chinchillas were not very forward in their coats, chieflv as a result of the lack of cold weather. The judges were:—Cats, Mr T. W. Jones and Mrs J. A. Talbot; rabbits, Mr G. Radford. Prize List.
