MINOR OUTBREAKS
Tli© Christchurch Fire Brigade was called out yesterday to two small outbreaks—one at 2.20 a.m., when someone noticed rubbish burning in aa empty section at the corner of Ferry road and Ryan street, summoned the Brigade, and the other at 3.49 p.m., when a tent erected at 5 Botherh&m street. Riecarton, and used as sleeping quarters tvas burned, also psro beds.
