THIEVES' BIG HAUL.

MERCERY SHOP ENTERED. Over £IOO worth of Roods wer« stolen by thieves who broke into Mr 'E. L. MeKeon's mercery shop in Sydenham on Thursday evening. The burglars got in through ,a window .at the back of the shop, \ A. pane had been broken, and the catch, released. The window, however, was protected by iron bars and. two of these had been forced out of their concrete sockets so that entrance could be Rained.
