TECHNICAL HIGH SCHOOL. I ; . , '.i PRELIMINARY EVENTS. Last week the students of the Christchurch Technical High School commenced the preliminary events in connexion with their annual sport* meeting, which is to be held at the Eneor's road ground on Friday, October 17th. Three event*, the-senior long jump championship and handicap and the, junior high jump championship were decided, the performances, however, being only of average standard in all three.
