LIBERTY THEATRE TALKIES
DOUBLE FEATURE BILL. Again this week at Liberty TSeatre there will be presented two feature-length talkies in conjunction with the supporting programme. The prinoipsl picture, "Young Desires," presents Mary Nolan. With her are Williaiw Janney, Half Haroldes, Claire McDowell, and Mae Busch. "Young Desires" bears • strong resemblance to the immortal classic "CamiUe"; the heroine ot this picture is another Camille, who is led to mend her ways through the influence of a man's honest devotion, but once again the "old people" step in with their mournful predictions. How does Youth frustrate them I That forms the plot of this story. The whole delicate tale is treated with admirable restraint, but that does not debar the picture from being colourful and lively, with action and movement. _ . The second picture stars Bin Tin Tin m "The Million Dollar Collar," in which the famoils Alsatian is seen ns the most powerful instrument in the hands of jewel thieves. Philo McOullough, Matty Kemp, and Evelyn Pierce are also in the cast.
