STILLWELL'S RINK.
Hundreds of Christchurch skating enthusiasts are daily attending Mr R. Stillwell's new skating risk in Ferry road. Approximately 8000 square feet of space is available at the rink. Special provisions for patrons include the attention of expert instructors, artistic decorations, and ample ventilation. Day and evening sessions are being held, these being: Morning, 10 to 11.30 o'clock; lunch hour, 12 to 2; afternoon, 2.80 to 4.80; and evening, 7.30 to 10. To-night will be a late night, when the rink will remain open until XI o'clock, and also a children's session has been arranged from 10 a.m. until 11.80 on Satur days. In addition, special provision has been made for learners between 6 and 7 o'clock each evening. A special feature of the rink is the lighting effect. Mr S'tillweU installed fifty hurricane lamps in place of the electric power.
