CHILDREN'S PROGRAMME. Tho lact two ecrecifings of tha special children's matinee at the Civic Theatre will ba given to-day, at 10.30 a.m. and at 2 p.m. At the morcing session fivo hundred small toga of Mickey Mouse' caramels will 1m given away They wiil be given to tho children in order, of arrival The programme includes, a Mickey Moueo cartoon, "Hot Dog," a canine comody, and '"The Circus." in which the world's greatest comedian, Charlie Chaplin, has the leading part. At tho oveninc session only will "The Case of Sergeant Grischa" be screened. ; .
