WINDING-UP PROPOSAL. The director* of the Kuranu! Gold Hining Company, No Liability (Auckland), in their half-yearly report, state: — In reference to the call of one halfpenny per share mentioned in the circular dated June 6th, 1930, which was forwarded to the shareholders, 30,864 shares wore forfeited for non-payment of the call and were offered for sale by auction on August 22nd. Last year interim dividend was 24 per cent., but no final dividend was paid. CALEDONIAN COLLIERIES' LOSS.
