INCREASE IN PRICE ANNOUNCED (ttSUTED PBESB ASSOCIATION—Bt ELECTRIC TELEGBAPH—COI'YBIGHT.) (Received July 21st, 8.35 p.m.) SYDNEY, July 21. The evening newspapers here, the "Sun" and the "News," announce an increase to ljd as from August 4th. "The ever-mounting costs of production, capped by the new taxation, have made it impossible to publish a firstclass daily newspaper for one penny," states the "Sun" to-night. [An earlier message stated that an inorease in the price of papers to ljd had been announced by the "Sydney Morning Herald," the* "Daily Guardian," and the "Daily Telegraph Pictorial."]
