SQUARE INJUNCTION CASE.
COUNCIL TO LODGE APPEAL. After a discussion in committee by the City Council last night the Mayor (Mr J. K. Archer) announced, on the Council resuming in open meeting, that jt had been decided to instruct Mr J. O'Sbea. counsel to the Municipal Association. to lodge an appeal apa'nst the judgment of his Honour. Mr Justice Herdman. in the Cathedral squaro injunction case.
