taUMS ASBOOIATMW tML.Xas.AU.) WANGANUI. July 90. A ten-roomed house, owned by Mr J. M. Wells, was totally destroyed by firo on Saturday night. The tenant, Mr H. Rowe and hi# wife, watched the blaae from St, John's hill, not knowing the home wu theirs. When they returned later, only the chimneva were standing.
