DEATHS OF CHILDREN.
THREE ARRESTS MADE AT LUBECK. (t'SITED PRESS ASSOCUTIOX—BY EIXCTRIO TELBUBAFH—COFTBIOHT.) BERLIN, July 11. Two doctors and a nurse have been arrested at Lubeck. They are charged with homicide in connexion with the death of 55 children after inoculation with a tuberculosis serum. It is feared that most of the 64 children still in hospital will not recover. The prosecution alleges that continued inoculations were given long after the first children died; and, moreover, thnt the eerum was destroyed in order to hide the cause of the epidemic.
