A publio meeting convened by the Chamber of Commerce and- largely ■ attended was held last evening to consider the deadlock at theTaihape public hospital. A vote of confidence was passed to Drs. MacDiartnid, Hay and Sinclair who had'resigntl. , A deputation' of tViree citiaens was appointed to wait on the Wanganui Hospital' Board on Friday with a view-tp restoring the doctors to foil authority.
