ACCUSED MAN COMMITTED FOR TRIAL. (I'NITBD PRESS ASSOCIATION— 3I ELfcOTBIO TELEGRAPH —COPVBICHT.) (Received May 14th, 8.15 p.m.) MELBOURNE, May 14. At tho inquest at Gcelong concerning the death of Horace Walpole, who was found murderod in his taxi-cab on April 29th, Erie Brockwell was committed for trial on a charge of murder. A detective gave evidence that Brockwell admitted having killed Walpole, and that he added that' he was not in his right senses owing to worry. He had bought the riflo intending to kill himself. [On April 29th, Horace Walpole, aged 86, a car driver, was found murderod in his motor-car between Qucenscliff and Goelohg. Ho had been shot from behind.]
