McDonald was. sentenced to three years' imprisonment for' indecent assault; Thomas George McCreath-to three years' imprisonment for breaking, entering, and theft, and Timothy Edward Cosgrove to two years' imprisonment, to be followed by reformative detention for one year for the theft of £426v19s 6d (the pay roll of the Longwood sawmill) and breaking and entering and theft of i; 47 6s 3d from a store at Paliia'. Four «scapees from the Borstal Institution were sentenced to five years' ? further detention.
